The Wines Rully Premier cru Préaux rouge Pinot Noir 100%

The Préaux appellation lies next to Le Chapitre and below Les Cloux, on red clay soils. Yields are strictly controlled through disbudding to produce a fine, expressive wine. At harvest, the grapes are carefully and rigorously sorted both in the vineyard and at the winery.
The fermentation lasts during 15 days with daily pumping-over. Then the wine is aged in oak barrels (not new) during 12 months, then blended and followed bu further ageing in stainless steel tank. 

Very representative of a Pinot noir from Burgundy, this wine is all fineness and elegance.
